Day 218.
This past week has been eye opening for our mission team. It is overwhelming to see how great of a need exists, and to think about our little church meeting such a need. This is where we must behin to grasp the doctrine of the body of Christ ad a whole. We are to look out for others in the church especially because they are part of the body, part of us.
Luke 3:10-11 ESV
And the crowds asked him, “What then shall we do?” And he answered them, “Whoever has two tunics is to share with him who has none, and whoever has food is to do likewise.”
We are also to remember that the existing ministries that are meeting some of these needs are also part of us. We cannot possibly meet all the needs that we saw and carry around guilt because of it. But we can bitr off some and remember our connection to the other ministries.
