Day 331.
As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God’s varied grace: (1 Peter 4:10 ESV)

First this teaches that each of us (I.e. all who are the church) has received a spiritual gift. That is the context. Sometimes Christians think they don’t have one, either out of a sense of false humility or simply because they don’t know what it is. But God dispenses his grace in varying ways so that the whole body (of Christ) is equipped. There isn’t any member of the body left without, which is why every member of the body must understand the significance and importance of his part.

Second this teaches that the gifts God gives to each is not to be used for his own pleasure but for the sake of the body, “to serve one another”. This is how we are to be good stewards of God’s grace. After all, each gift comes from God. Ultimately it is His and we are merely stewards, caretakers of that gift. When Jesus returns he will ask how we took care of his gifts for Him.

How will you answer? What gift has God given you?

Thank God for every gift of yours and ask Him to help you use it to serve others.
