There are times when I feel anxious, to say the least. There are times when I feel like a complete failure; like I’ve chosen the wrong path and wasted years that could have been spent building a different life, one that I would have better fit me. I feel like there is no fruit to show for the time I’ve spent in ministry. Have you ever felt that way about your life? It feels as though the Lord is far from me, as thou he has forgotten me or left me to suffer for my failure. Bt then I read passages like this and all at once I am rebuked and encouraged.
It is the Lord who goes before you. He will be with you; he will not leave you or forsake you. Do not fear or be dismayed.” (Deuteronomy 31:8 ESV)
