McCheyne’s Bible Reading Plan: Lev 11-12, Ps 13-14, Pr 26, 1 Thes 5

20For lack of wood the fire goes out,
   and where there is no whisperer, quarreling ceases.
21As charcoal to hot embers and wood to fire,
   so is a quarrelsome man for kindling strife.
22 The words of a whisperer are like delicious morsels;
   they go down into the inner parts of the body. (Pr 26:20-21)

Let us confess and pray for forgiveness for when we have been the kindling for the wrong kind of fire, and ask God to protect us, as a church, from strife.
